Rules !

Gourmet Burger-anything goes
Except for these rules. . .
1. Contestants must grill 12, 4 ounce burgers along with any topping, rub, sauce to
complement the burger. Meat must be cooked well-done.
2. All meat must be USDA
3. One burger will go to the judging panel, cut into four pieces for four judges.
and the other 11 cut up in (in 6 bite size pieces) to be sold to the crowd for people’s
choice. Judges will vote on each burger on voting sheets provided.
4. Contestants supply their own meat (can be soy, or veggie), ingredients, bun and
toppings and small plates for people’s choice.
5. All grilling will be done on a grill provided by the contestant.
6. Event starts at 5:30pm, grillers should arrive 30 minutes early for check-in.
Two ways to win:
People Choice and best bragging rights! Bring your friends and
family down to cheer you on! For $1 per ticket, each member of
the audience can try one taste of each contestant’s burger and
need to place ticket in bucket provided. The more votes (tickets)
you have determines the People’s Choice Prize.
For the Smoke Vault 24 you must win with a judging panel based
on appearance, taste, and creativity.
