City-wide recycling may happen

The City of Kokomo may get green with city-wide recycling. Mayor Greg Goodnight is asking the Kokomo Common Council for $1 million dollars to fund the recycling program. The city hopes to have residential pickup for recycling in motion by April. The council members will vote on the appropriation Monday.
