possible.
* WHERE…A portion of northern Indiana, including the following
areas, Adams, Blackford, Cass IN, Fulton IN, Grant, Huntington,
Jay, Miami, Pulaski, Starke, Wabash and Wells.
* WHEN…Until 11 AM EDT /10 AM CDT/ this morning.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks
and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Brief rainfall rates up to 1 inch per hour are possible this
morning. Saturated conditions continue across the area due to
recent heavy rainfall. Any additional rain will result in
increased runoff and an increased flood potential.
