possible.
* WHERE…Portions of northern Indiana, including the following
areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, De Kalb, Grant, Huntington,
Jay, Miami, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley and
northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Allen OH, Defiance,
Fulton OH, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert and Williams.
* WHEN…Until 5 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Slow moving rain bands may produce localized additional
rainfall accumulations of 1 to 3 inches through early this
afternoon. This heavy rainfall combined with rain that has
already fallen may lead to areas of flooding and flash
flooding into early this afternoon.
