Winter weather advisory in effect at noon, Kokomo is expecting mostly snow (2 to 5 inches). However, closer to Indianapolis, they will see freezing rain and sleet: a mixed-bag of precipitation. We’re already seen a line of snow entering Lafayette-Crawfordsville area at 7:06 a.m. that will move into Kokomo in an hour. The rest of the snow will come mid-afternoon; making rush-hour traffic difficult, if you’re not off for President’s Day.
