Kokomo Common Council combats state legislation

Kokomo Common Council unanimously approved a resolution in opposition to proposed state legislation that includes two pending bills – the bills, if passed, would eliminate the business personal property. Without that tax revenue, Howard County towns and cities could lose $18.4 million in tax revenues; schools could lose $9.2 million.

Fazoli’s is offering any couple that gets engaged in the restaurant on Feb. 14 two certificates for a year’s worth of free spaghetti.
